The 2027 LTA Opt In window ran Thursday 23 Jul 2026 to Monday 31 Aug 2026, per the official LTA ballots page.

Opting in was free but needed Fan+, Play+ or Compete Advantage; the free basic Fan tier did not qualify, which was the single most common reason people could not find the opt-in under 'my benefits'. The same page states the ballot itself runs from September through to November 2026, with the LTA contacting successful members across that period, and that winners get the chance to buy one pair for a specific date and court subject to availability, non-transferable and not movable to another day.

Separate ballots exist for accredited coaches, venue volunteers and licensed officials.

How to enter

Join or upgrade LTA Advantage at lta.org.uk, then Opt In via the 'my benefits' section of your online Advantage account during the opt-in window. Unlike the AELTC public ballot, successful members can choose date, court and tickets subject to availability.

Asked on 31 Aug 2026 whether it publishes an applicant count or a success rate for its ballot, the LTA replied on 1 Sept 2026: it does not publish information on success rates for its ballot.
