1. What this site is

The Ticket Lottery (“we”, “us”) is an independent informational guide to official ticket ballots, lotteries, draws and sales for sports events. We do not sell tickets, we do not enter ballots on your behalf, and we are not a marketplace. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any event, organizer, governing body, venue, team or trademark holder mentioned on this site. Event and tournament names are used only to identify the events being described. All trademarks belong to their owners.

3. Accuracy and your responsibility

We verify our information against official sources and link to those sources on every event page. Dates estimated from a previous cycle are clearly labeled as estimates. Organizers change dates, rules and eligibility without notice, so information here can become outdated at any time. Always confirm details on the official site before making plans, purchases or travel arrangements. We are not responsible for missed windows, unsuccessful applications, or decisions made based on the information here.

4. The calendar feed

The ballot calendar is provided as a convenience and carries the same accuracy caveats as the rest of the site. Calendar reminders are not a guarantee that a window is open or that entering is possible from your location.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or misrepresent an affiliation with us. You may link to any page. Reasonable personal and editorial use of our content is welcome with attribution. If what you want is the ballot data itself, take it from the open dataset rather than scraping the pages. It is free, it is licensed for reuse, and it is easier for both of us.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, written guides and page copy are ours. Facts themselves (dates, rules) are facts; the way we assemble, verify and present them is what these terms protect.

One deliberate exception, and it is a broad one: the ballot dataset published at /data is licensed to everyone under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You may copy it, redistribute it, modify it and use it commercially, provided you credit The Ticket Lottery with a link and note any changes you made. That licence covers the dataset files. It does not extend to the site design, the guides or the page copy, which remain under the paragraph above.

7. Third-party links

Links to official ticketing sites and other third parties are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Where we operate, governing law and changes

The site is operated from Israel and available worldwide, including in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. As is standard for stating an operator's home jurisdiction, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. This does not reduce or replace any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the laws of the country where you live; those rights remain fully yours.
