## Where it stands

US Open 2026 tickets are on general sale (usopen.org reads 'Individual tickets to the 2026 US Open are now on sale to the general public'); the sale opened 2026-05-28 and there is no ballot at any stage. Official resale via Ticketmaster's Official Ticket Marketplace is not yet enabled ('will be enabled in the coming months'). US Open 2027 sale dates not announced; expected ~late May 2027 (estimated).

## How tickets actually work

No ballot. 2026 tickets (official): American Express cardmember presale Tue 2026-05-26 09:00 ET to Wed 2026-05-27 23:59 ET; public on-sale from Thu 2026-05-28 12:00 ET via Ticketmaster (official ticketing partner). USTA members also get presale windows. Resale via Ticketmaster verified marketplace.

## Good to know

- The sweepstakes on the official site is not a ticket ballot. usopen.org runs a US Open Sweepstakes presented by Chase, which is a marketing prize giveaway; entering it has nothing to do with getting a session ticket, and there is no draw anywhere in the real ticket flow.
- The presales are not draws either. The American Express cardmember and USTA member windows open the same first-come sale earlier for a defined group, so the only lever anyone has is being ready at the on-sale minute rather than entering something in advance.
- The estimate marker on this page is about 2027 only. Every 2026 date here comes from usopen.org, including the 2026-08-30 to 2026-09-13 main draw; what is projected is the late-May 2027 on-sale, extrapolated from the 2026 sale that opened 2026-05-28.
