It runs 20:00 JST 2026-09-17 to 23:59 JST 2026-09-24, JPY 19,000, 5,500 places, with lottery notifications planned by early October 2026, and is limited to residents of Japan. Overseas first-come entry runs in two phases sharing one 3,500-place cap: an early phase 10:00 JST 2026-08-11 to 23:59 JST 2026-08-24 at JPY 24,000, then a regular phase 2026-08-25 to 2026-09-23 at JPY 25,000, both allocated first come first served rather than by draw.
