## Where it stands

No Paralympic draw is open yet, but LA28 has now named the mechanism. Its official ticketing page states that the next opportunities to purchase LA28 tickets will be in 2027, that 'Drop 2 was the final general public ticket drop of 2026', and that first-come first-served Olympics tickets go on sale in 2027 'along with the very first Paralympic Ticket Drop'. It repeats the point under what to expect in 2027: 'Your very first opportunity to purchase Paralympics tickets will kick off with the Paralympic Ticket Drop.' A ticket drop, in LA28's own glossary on the same page, is a release of tickets to fans who have been assigned time slots by a random ticket draw, so the Paralympic route is a free-entry draw for a purchase slot rather than the open first-come sale the 2027 Olympic tickets move to. No month, no dates and no registration window for the Paralympic drop have been published. Registration for the two 2026 Olympic draws closed 2026-07-22, and LA28 still has not said how or when registration reopens ahead of 2027. LA28 will also launch a multi-platform ticket resale network in 2027.

## How to enter

Register at tickets.la28.org when LA28 reopens registration ahead of the 2027 Paralympic Ticket Drop. LA28's standing wording is that once fans register they are 'automatically included in each LA28 Olympic Ticket Draw until they reach their ticket maximums, as well as any draws for Paralympic tickets which go on sale in 2027', so existing registrants should carry forward. Registration for the two 2026 Olympic draws closed 2026-07-22 and LA28 has not published whether or when new registration reopens, nor the Paralympic drop's dates. Registration is free and there is nothing to buy or pay to enter.

Not yet known. The same registrant pool is auto-included: LA28 said registration had climbed to 12 million fans as of 2026-07-29, up from more than 5 million in February 2026.

Caveat: LA28's own wording is 'any draws for Paralympic tickets', so the Paralympic sale format is strongly implied but not formally announced, hence confidence stays medium. No ballot open/close/results dates exist yet; they are left empty (unknown, not estimated), and all dates present are official, hence dates_estimated=false.
