## Where it stands

As of 2026-07-07 no 2027 public ticketing has been announced and exact dates are TBA (official hospitality is register-interest only; Lord's ticketing pages only cover 2026 fixtures). For 2025 the ICC sold tickets at worldtestchampionship.com from 31 January 2025, 10:00 GMT, with a 48-hour priority window from 29 January (verified via ICC media release); that domain now redirects to the ICC WTC hub. Expect a similar announcement in early 2027; register interest via icc-cricket.com and the host venue's mailing list (Inside Lord's at lords.org). Lord's official hospitality reseller AOK Events is already taking register-interest enquiries for 2027 hospitality packages

## Good to know

- The ballot people go looking for here belongs to MCC members only. Lord's runs an internal members' ballot for major match days, which is why a Lord's ballot keeps turning up in searches, but it is not something the general public can join for this final.
- The venue is not settled. Reports since June 2026 say the ICC plans to move the final from Lord's to the Kia Oval after the Lord's pitch drew a demerit point, MCC disputes it, and no official decision had been announced as of 2026-07-07. Book London, not a ground.
- England hosts the next three finals. The ICC awarded the 2027, 2029 and 2031 editions to England at its July 2025 annual conference without naming venues, so missing 2027 is a two-year wait rather than a generational one.
