## Where it stands

General first-come sale runs from 2026-06-30 17:00 JST until each session's own date, with no lottery at any stage: the official ticket site states 'All tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis (no lottery sales)'. A free Supporter ID (Ouen-ID), open worldwide since 2025-10-20, is required to buy on the official site; the authorised play guides Ticket Pia, TBS Tickets and CBC Ticket Center sell a partial subset of sports through their own free memberships and their own sale end times. Sold-out sessions are labelled 'Currently Unavailable' rather than 'Sold Out', a wording change made 2026-07-14, and inventory has come back more than once: additional ticket sales for selected sessions were announced 2026-08-04 and 2026-08-18, and an official ticket resale service launched 2026-08-04 with some competitions excluded from it. Three late routes have opened in the run-up: the 'Asian Q Ticket' and 'Asian Para Q Ticket' services and discounted 'After 4 Tickets' (all announced 2026-08-18), an Aichi-Nagoya 2026 City Ticket Office and other in-person sales locations (2026-09-02), and same-day ticket sales (2026-09-02). ## How tickets actually work

Register a free Supporter ID (Ouen-ID) and buy first-come on the official ticket site at lp-ag.tickets-aichi-nagoya2026.org; general sale has been open since 2026-06-30 17:00 JST with no residency restriction (international purchases included) and each session stays on sale until its own date. The authorised alternatives are Ticket Pia, TBS Tickets and the CBC Ticket Center, each needing its own free membership and each carrying only some sports. Seats are banded AA, A, B, C and D by sport and venue. Discounted child tickets cover ages 3 to 14 on the day at the lowest seat category, with the rule that an accompanying person aged 15 or over must buy a general ticket in that same lowest category; under-3s are free on a lap and need a ticket only for their own seat. Discounted tickets for holders of a valid disability certificate plus one companion, and separate wheelchair tickets admitting a wheelchair user and one companion, are also set at the lowest seat category. E-tickets (screen or PDF) run the whole period; commemorative original paper tickets were advance-sales only and post to the Supporter ID address.
